Private 1/2 bath, shared shower & tub
1 Queen-sized bed, 1 twin bed

Additional Charges

$10 each additional person
$5 for stays less than 3 nights
10.17% Hawaii State Taxes

All rates include continental breakfast Monday thru Friday.  Rates and information Effective January 1, 1998

All rooms are large, airy, thickly carpeted and comfortable

Deposit: 50% of total amount due for your stay less the tax.  Deposits may be made by personal or company check written to Colleen E. Boyle.
Payment: Due at or before check-in.  Please pay in cash or traveler's checks.
Refunds: Full refund of deposit if cancellation received more than 3 weeks in advance of scheduled check-in.  50% of deposit if cancelation received within 14-21 days.  We are unable to issue refunds if notice is received less than 14 days before scheduled check-in.
Check-in/Out: Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am.   We will try to accommodate early check-in whenever possible.  However there will be an extra 1 day charge for late check-out.
Breakfast: A continental buffet breakfast is served Monday through Friday.  Breakfast foods and coffee are available to guests, self-serve, on weekends.
